Kodashan Takara SF Land Prize

Special version of Microman Lady Command was offered as drawing prize for Kodashan The Official Guide to Takara SF Land book.  Each book included entry form for the drawing contest and lucky winners could win either one of the five Lady Command figures or one of the five Magnemo Geeg figures.   SF Land Lady Command was named Arcee as a tribute to the female Autobot character from the Transformers. (Special thanks to Dave B. of Robotbase for the info).  Arcee was an all white M18X with gold plated arms and upper legs.  The figure came in white capsule with silver lettering and a pair of chrome wings.  With only five prizes, this made Arcee one of the rarest of all the toys released for the Replica series.  This particular Lady Command Arcee pictured below was offered on Yahoo Japan auction site and went for large sums of money.

Takara SF Land Book

In late 1999, Kodashan published a guide book to Takara toys called "The Official Guide to Takara SF Land".  The book also came with bonus CD-ROM with checklist for the toys and VCD collections of Takara old toys commercials.

Transformers Autobot Arcee

Arcee was introduced in Transformers the Movie and up until that time was the only female character in the Transformers line. (It seems females are pretty scarce in Takara SF world). Neither Takara nor Hasbro ever produced Arcee as a toy. There was a model kit and a PVC done in the past but the toy never got past the prototype stage. Takara recently released new PVC version of Arcee for SCF line and Hasbro released repaint of Transmetal2 toy as Arcee for 2001 BOTCON.
