Takara reissued the much anticipated Replica Microman Lady Command in November of 1999. Lady Command M18X Type was the first and only female Microman released by Takara for Microman line. M18X series was first introduced in 1977 as the fourth type in the popular Microman Command series. Being female figures in boy toys line, Lady Command had very small production runs and they became much sought after by collectors. Microman fans and collectors had been waiting since Romando started to reissue Microman figures in 1996 for Lady Command Microman to be reproduced. |

Lady Command Story
Microman Command searched of Earth ancient ruins led them to sky over New York. The alpha H-7 detector unit inside their Surveyor 1 detected unknown Microman signal. Microman Commands were surprised because there were no ancient ruins in the area. They began to investigate and discovered the signal came from Statue Liberty. They switch the main cannon on Surveyor 1 to high output Spectrum MX mode and fired it at the statue. New female Microman emerged as streak of light from Statue of Liberty

Since the original molds were long destroyed, Takara produced the Replica Series versions from brand new molds. The molds were produced using the vintage toys. The Replica versions, while they were not the exact reproduction, they were very close to the vintage versions. |

| Takara released several exclusive versions of Lady Command figures during the year 2000. The first exclusive figure for Lady Command series was Azone International MA-001 Microman "Azone". The figures were sold at toys shows in January. (Azone was later designated as M185) | |||||

Toys R Us (Japan) released several exclusive versions of Lady Command. The first was Metallic Mode M184 which was sold as part of the Complete Commands Set. The second exclusive set was their "trademark" Clear Mode series - Lady Command (M181-M184) done in clear plastics. |

| Takara also released a new member to the M18X series - M180 Maria. M180 was a white & black Microman figure patterned after Microman Gum Premium figures from 1977 mail-away promotion. M180 was sold with M170 as part of Takara Millennium Set in conjunction with the reissued of Gum Premium Microman M150 & M160. | |||||

In December of 2000, eS! Toys on-line store released "Glitter Mode" version of M180 as part of their Command Leaders set. The Glitter Mode were metallic plated figures with surface textures. Takara had designated the "0" number members as the leaders. |

| The most elusive of all the Lady Command exclusives was Lady Command "Arcee". Arcee was given out as prize for Kodashan Takara SF Land Book promotion contest. Only five prizes were awarded to the lucky contestants. | |||||
